Job Description MUST HAVE GLASS PLANT MANUFACTURING MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE for this position. As a Unit Plant Manager for O-I you will manage the total operation of the production lines of an assigned furnace on a 24 hour / 7 day a week basis through the line management system and continuous shift operation to maximize production performance within established safety, quality and cost parameters.
